Age 26 & Beyond
26 & Beyond
Partnering to create communities of lifelong neurodevelopment. Addresses the critical gap in support for neurodiverse adults 26+ who age out of school services. Provides therapy, counseling, job training, social skills development, and least restrictive housing support.

Community Engagement
Service Learning
Community involvement opportunities where participants tend Rain Gardens at Plymouth Arts and Recreation Complex, provide creative play at neighborhood functions, and engage in community-based service projects. Builds inclusive culture and develops real social skills.

Economic Empowerment
Micro-Businesses
Community-designed micro-businesses that enhance learners real-world skills and benefit the surrounding community. Portions of proceeds paid in salary to learners. Builds self-determination, career skills, technical skills, and inclusive social skills.

Social & Leisure
D&D Club
A community of Adventurers gathering to tell a collective story, guide heroes through dangerous quests to search for treasure, battle deadly foes, and even carry out daring rescues! Social skills through the magic of collaborative storytelling.

Civic Partnership
VIP Program
Vulnerable or Impaired Person enrollment. Allows parents/guardians to voluntarily submit fingerprints and photographs to Michigan state repository to assist law enforcement identification if the person becomes lost or needs help.

Microsoft Intake Workflow
Start With Microsoft Forms
PARClife intake is designed to run through Microsoft Forms, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Power Automate. Until a public form link is connected, intake requests route to staff so the workflow can be completed inside PARClife's Microsoft environment.
Request Intake LinkSecure Document Handoff
Sensitive applicant documents are collected only after intake through a secure Microsoft-backed handoff; documents are not uploaded to the public website.
Teams + Power Automate
New intake submissions can notify staff in Microsoft Teams and trigger applicant email updates through Power Automate.
Applicant Advancement
When a space opens, staff can advance an applicant and send next-step email from the Microsoft 365 workflow.
